Shipping and Delivery

We know the anticipation of your new purchase is exciting and we promise to do our best to make sure you get your orders from Healthy Kitchen Toolbox as soon as possible!
Delivery Timeline
We source our inventory from several manufacturers worldwide. In order to keep our inventory affordable and up to date we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from. Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow up to 1-4 weeks for delivery if the order is international.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. The manufacturer and China EMS/China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Outside of the US, delivery can take between 20-35 business days. US deliver orders usually arrive within 10-20 business days and are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery to a US address and up to 35 business days for delivery to a non-US address. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Once your order is fulfilled you can track your order from the Order Tracking section of our site. Depending on the number of items in your order, your orders may not be delivered at the same time.

Orders with incorrect information
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we would appreciate if you take the time to review your order carefully before submitting your order!

Missed Deliveries
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
