What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we ship to the US, UK, and Australia. Please inquire for other locations.

I am an international customer and I am not sure how much I'll be charged for a purchase.

All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction. shipping charges will display at checkout.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Healthy Kitchen Toolbox within hours of placing your order and it may be in your Spam folder. If you cannot find your email you can write to info@healthykitchentoolbox.com for more information or contact us.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We try to process orders in a timely matter to make sure that you receive your purchases as soon as possible. You can change your order as many time as you like before you click to process the payment. Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified.  Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. In such case, you can, however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow for up to 1-3 weeks and up to 3-4 weeks for international orders to be delivered. 
Please note that depending on the number of items in your order, your orders may not be delivered at the same time. And occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered; we will make sure any shipping delays will be communicated. 

My order was confirmed, but I just got an email saying an item is out of stock.

Between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item was no longer available. If this is the case with your order, we will send you an email with details of your refund.

I placed an order but haven't seen any updates.

There are several reasons why your order may be delayed. Either your order was flagged for risk of fraud, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In all cases, we will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated and proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible. If you feel that it has taken too long to hear back please write to info@healthykitchentoolbox.com with your order number in the subject line.

How can I track my package?

Please visit the Order Tracking section of our site. Please note that it may take the carrier to update shipping information 2-4 days after fulfillment.

I received my order but the product is not exactly the same as the website. What do I do?

While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not guarantee that product descriptions and other content is accurate, complete or error-free. From time to time, there may be information that contains typographical error or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact us within three days of delivery.

What if I want to return an item?

Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all other orders, you can return your purchase until 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long does it take you to process returns/ refunds?

After your item is retrieved and assessed, your claim is validated. We will email you as soon as possible. Usually it takes one to two weeks.
